POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

We require a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancelling less than 24 hours before your scheduled

appointment will result in a fee of $50 to compensate for service providers' time.

No-Show Policy

No-Shows or last-minute cancellations (three hours or less) will result in a fee of $50 to compensate for service providers' time.

Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Appointments

We require a credit card on file to reserve your appointment. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). A $50 deposit is required for all Aesthetic Injection services (Botox, filler, etc.)

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary forms; late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled

service times and will be responsible for full-service fees. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be required to reschedule your service to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.

Gift Cards

Only Gift Cards purchased from Middletown Spa & Aesthetics are valid. All Gift Card sales are final, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards may be used for any service or product. Gift Cards expire 365 days from purchase. Middletown Spa & Aesthetics is not liable for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.

Product Return Policy

All products must be returned in-store as unused, in original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Sale items are not applicable for refunds. If you had a reaction due to a product, a full refund will be issued if item is returned within 30 days of purchase. If approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment typically within 3-5 business days.

Pet Policy

For the health and safety of our clients, Middletown Spa & Aesthetics has a no-pet policy. Only working service dogs are permitted.

This no-pet policy applies to:

  • Pets
  • Emotional Support animals
  • Therapy animals
  • Comfort animals

Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our office. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

Children Policy

To ensure the safety of children and the satisfaction of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving

their services.

Minors of age 16 or older are permitted to receive services with written parental consent (done in office) and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
