With a background in Psychology and Communications, as well as five years in Photography, she combines her love of connecting with others and creating art to help people gain confidence and work towards becoming their best selves.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Hailee has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2021. She specializes In Medical Massage and Sports Injury. She has four years of medical experience working alongside Physical Therapists, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Chiropractors. She came into massage using her background knowledge in healthcare to apply to her clients to dhelp heal pain caused by injuries. Hailee is very passionate about what massage can do to aid in healing the deepest layers of the human body.

Massage Therapist Apprentice

Chanel is a member of our Therapeutic Massage Team at Middletown Spa & Aesthetics. She specializes in therapeutic massage and focuses on pinpointing dysfunctional areas due to work-related stress or injury. She finds pleasure practicing hot yoga and exercising, and watching her son play soccer.

Amy VanValkenburg

Amy is originally from Atlanta Georgia and has a BA from LSU.  Owning and operating a successful Allstate Agency in Atlanta for thirty years, Amy is very familiar with running a business and having meaningful relationships with her customers.  A teenage driving school, a medical spa and several real estate companies round out Amy’s business resume. 

After moving to Shelbyville KY in 2019 to escape the hustle of Atlanta, Amy and her husband Tim have focused the last three years on establishing and enjoying their small homestead farm.  Together, they raise honeybees, and enjoy time with their two mini goats, two horses and chickens and cats.  They also share five children, three grandchildren and an extreme love of animals and the outdoors.

Ailenda was born and raised in Latvia, and now lives in Louisville as a Massage Therapist to help heal others. She studied at Advanced Massage Therapeutics and graduated in 2022 with a focus on deep tissue, injury, and cross friction massage for scar tissue. She is very passionate about helping people feel physically and emotionally better through her work.

With 24 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Tara brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our team. She has specialized in Breast Health, Oncology, Community Outreach & Education, and spent the last 7 years working in the ICU. Tara has always been passionate about educating and empowering others to practice self-love, and to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin – which ultimately is what led her to Cosmetic Aesthetics! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, making jewelry, listening to live music, and spending time with her children and fur babies!
